Ostara Australia offers clients and jobseekers a comprehensive and diverse range of services. Our members are fully equipped to assist you with tailored Employment Pathway Planning addressing both vocational and non-vocational issues in partnership with community organisations.

By joining Ostara you will become a member of a nationwide organisation with a shared vision of  "Creating New Beginnings" for the most disadvantaged members of our society.

Ostara provides employment services Australia wide. Currently our services include DES programs A and B, the national panel of Assessors JCA services, tailored JSA training services and more. We have a strong focus on mental health and on servicing the most vulnerable.  We deliver services in VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT and WA.

Our aim is to provide the framework, support and assistance for our members to thrive both in areas of service delivery and revenue optimisation.  We do this by providing information and assistance through our performance, site support, training and marketing staff. 

Our performance and site support staff assist member organisations with monitoring and tracking their services on a regular basis, conducting desktop file audits to alert them to any compliance or performance issues and advising on measures to improve these areas, providing regular training and marketing of the services members provide.
