Employer to job-seeker matching

We match employers to job-seekers who may be eligible for varying subsidies through the Wage Subsidy Scheme.

This scheme was designed to assist employers through the initial three to six months during which time the candidate is learning and slowly becoming productive member of the team.

What are wage incentives -

• Wage assistance for eligible job-seekers are funded by the Australian Government.
• Wage Subsidies are an incentive to employers and a recognition of the cost of finding and training staff
• Subsidy levels are specific to individual job-seekers and determined by the Government.
• Wage assistance is paid on the candidates completion of 13 weeks continuous employment and then after 26 weeks of continuous employment.
