Should your organisation be looking to recruit employees, why not offer work trial opportunities? This gives your organisation the ability to assess the suitability of the candidate without commitment or incurring salary costs.

Wage Subsidy Incentives

We match employers to job-seekers who may be eligible for varying subsidies through the Wage Connect / Wage Subsidy Scheme.

This scheme was designed to assist employers through the initial three to six months during which time the candidate is learning and progressively becoming a productive member of the team.

What are Wage Incentives?

• Assistance for eligible job-seekers are funded by the Australian Government.
• An incentive to employers and a recognition of the cost of finding and training staff
• Incentives are pecific to individual job-seekers and determined by the Government.
