Pre-employment Assistance

Pre-employment assistance is provided to participants by providing a strong mentoring process, a focus on matching skills and competencies, evaluation of interests, vocational counselling and practical job searching support.

Mentoring and Support

Both you and your employer will receive mentoring and support while you are training. The Case Manager will provide training support and career development training to employers .
