Staying Well is a two part program

 

Training

      One two-hour reflective training session per week for six consecutive weeks.

      The training is part reflective, part conceptual and part action-based learning where participants go away from each session with follow up activities.

 

Mentoring

      After completing the training program, participants will be paired with a mentor.

      The mentor and mentee will meet up once a fortnight for 6 sessions.

      Mentoring sessions last 1 to 1.5 hours.

      The mentoring sessions provide the opportunity to review strategies and goals identified during the reflective training sessions.
