Woolworths South Australia Aboriginal Employment Program

Woolworths is committed to providing employment and career progression opportunities for Aboriginal job seekers across all operational and business lines. Woolworths have guaranteed 20 jobs for Aboriginal jobseekers that obtain the required entry level qualifications and skills.

Woolworths have partnered with Ostara Australia, A.R.T. Employment (Aboriginal Recruitment Training and Employment) an Aboriginal owned and managed company, and TrainMe4Work to recruit, train and place Aboriginal jobseekers into real jobs across their stores in South Australia.

 

The program will provide Aboriginal jobseekers with:

• Online application and registration support

• Career pathways and resume development

• Interview techniques and presentation

• Mentoring support on and off the job

 

SELECTION REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate II in Retail and/or industry experience
