Lisa McPherson-Sturt Dip BM, Dip HR 

Lisa has a range of experience in the employment and mental health sector and disability related areas including employment, community accommodation, project management, case management and human resource management. Lisa is the CEO of Nexus Human Services Incorporated, a specialist mental health DES provider based in the ACT. Lisa is a member of the ACT Chamber of Commerce, the Community Collation of the ACT and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.



Marty Golding MBA Acc, B Hum Dev 

Marty has worked with people with intellectual disability in the US in residential care, business services and advocacy and lobbying. Since coming to Australia, she has worked at the NEPS Centre (a mental health specialist employment service and member of Ostara), with Boys Town and Alzeimer's Australia (Qld) in Brisbane. Marty joined PRA (now RichmondPRA) in September 2008 as Divisional Manager Employment with responsibilities for the disability employment services, vocational support work and peer support. Marty has been on the Ostara Australia Board since 2002.



Robert Ramjan AM, BA, BSocStuds 

Robert is CEO of Schizophreia Fellowship of NSW. He has worked for the Fellowship for more than 20 years and was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 2007 for services to people wth mental illness.

Rob has extensive experience in the provision of mental health services, especially in the non-government sector.



Shaun McDonagh B Bus (Mkt Mngt), A Deg Law, Cert Adult Ed., Masters Mkt Mngt, Masters Com. Law, Exec Dev Program

Shaun McDonagh is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer UNE Partnerships Pty Ltd.

Shaun has twenty years industry experience nationally and internationally across education, training, media, financial services, property development and sales, and the Not-For-Profit sector. Shaun possesses strong skills in marketing, communications, digital media, business development, government engagement, strategic planning and analysis. Shaun has taught across business and law subjects for NSW TAFE and Charles Sturt University.

Previously Shaun was CEO of Advance TAFE and Federation Training in Gippsland, and held senior executive roles with several Australian Universities. Shaun has significant experience with disability support and employment services through consecutive national executive roles at Endeavour Foundation.



Judi Higgin EMBA, B Soc Sci, Dip M, Dip HR

Judi has worked in the community mental health sector for almost 30 years, the last 13 years with New Horizons Enterprises Limited. Prior to becoming CEO in 2010, Judi held a range of senior and executive management roles.




David Bell BA(Hons), ACA, ASIA

David has been a non executive director of Ostara Australia since December 2013. David is currently the Managing Director of Kwik Kopy Australia, a national print and design franchise business operating out of 100 locations across Australia. Prior to this David has been the CEO of a number of businesses operating in a variety of sectors including retail, consumer services, and agribusiness. David joined Price Waterhouse (PWC) in 1981 and trained as a chartered accountant and auditor before furthering his career as a corporate adviser in investment banking. David's particular interests and expertise include financial management, strategy, change management and marketing as well as anything to do with getting the best out of people.
