Programs for Job Seekers

Most job seekers find job hunting stressful, challenging and arduous. For the individual with a mental health issue, it can be even more difficult.

Ostara Australia understands that the typical job seeker with a mental illness faces different challenges than a job seeker that does not have such issues.

Recognising that people are individuals, we don't take a one-size-fits-all approach: we listened to job seekers, and developed a range of programs that tackle the most common barriers to employment, including confidence, self-esteem, marketable skills and life issues that may be co-factors in the unemployment cycle.

Browse the programs below for the ones that most interest you, and then contact your nearest Ostara Australia office and ask about program availability.
