Wage Subsidies

We match employers to participants who may be eligible for varying subsidies through the Wage Connect/Wage Subsidy Scheme.

This scheme was designed to assist employers through the initial three to six months during which time the candidate is learning and progressively becoming a productive member of the team.

WHAT ARE WAGE INCENTIVES?

Assistance for eligible participants are funded by the Australian Government.
An incentive to employers and a recognition of the cost of finding and training staff.
Incentives are specific to individual participants and determined by the Government.
