Allyson approached the Ostara Australia Port Macquarie office suffering from anxiety and depression, resulting in low self-confidence and motivation.
Allyson has previously completed her Certificate in Individual Support, but had not yet obtained any industry experience.
Ostara Australia Program Coordinator Amanda worked closely with Allyson to develop strategies on building confidence and rediscovering self worth.
MBC Nursing Care saw Allyson’s potential and offered her a position!
Allyson is now working almost full time hours and loving every minute of it! Her dedication to the role has certainly been noticed with Allyson recently receiving “Staff Member of the Month” award only a few weeks in her new role!
