There are a number of phases in the support we provide where different activities are conducted to assist you in understanding us and the programs we offer.

INTRODUCTION:

  • Meet your employment consultant.
  • Register for the program.
  • Learn about the program.
  • Complete an employment pathway plan.
  • Complete a resume.
  • Identify current skills.
  • Identify training options.
  • Start job searching together.
  • Update employment pathway plans as required.

THE EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE PHASE:

  • Training if required.
  • Job search training.
  • Intensive job searching.
  • Update employment pathway plan as required.
  • Commence employment
  • (if job application successful).Settle into new job with appropriate support.
  • Re-evaluate program if required.

THE EMPLOYMENT PLACEMENT PHASE:

  • Regular contact with your employment consultant.
  • Tailored on the job support as required.
  • Update employment pathway plan as required.
  • Ongoing support after six months of employment if required.
  • Facilitate exit from the program if appropriate.
